Birth Doula Service

As your birth doula, I provide continuous physical, emotional, spiritual and informational support. This service is centered on walking beside you through your birth experience with hands-on comfort measures, prayerful encouragement, partner support, birth map guidance, and calm, steady care during labor and delivery.

Complete Child Birth Education

Faith-based childbirth education designed to help you feel informed, confident, and prepared before birth begins. These in-depth sessions cover the birth process, comfort measures, birth options, partner support, postpartum recovery, newborn care, breastfeeding, and practical tools for creating a peaceful plan for birth and life after baby.

A little about me…

I believe birth is a sacred God-given gift and a natural physiological process. As a traditional birth doula, practical nurse, and fertility educator, I’m deeply devoted to women's wellness and the sacred journey of motherhood.

To me, birth is a rite of passage that deserves reserverance and the utmost care. My mission is to serve as a support sister to women, ensuring they feel educated, prepared, and confident in making informed choices throughout their birthing journey. I achieve this by combining science-based resources and traditional birthing practices. 

As a FEMM educator, I'm deeply passionate about fertility awareness, natural family planning and supporting women in coming into harmony with their own bodies. Through cycle charting, understanding hormonal biomarkers, and one-on-one guidance, my goal is to empower women to take charge of their reproductive health and overall well-being.
